Given the amount stuff going on in this game, I would suggest keeping the XP as simple as possible; maybe even to the point of saying 1 mission = 1 level regardless of what the players actually did on the mission. You could still have things that relate to levels/misisons in terms of difficulty, but you avoid the hassel of tracking XP and balancing XP awards to the encounter. Web Design
